FERNANDO DAVALOS, JR., M.D.
Fernando Davalos Jr., M.D. is a board-certified family medicine physician based in the city of Carrollton, TX. He provides bilingual medical care in English and Spanish.
He undertook his undergraduate years at the University of Texas at Austin, his medical schooling at the Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara in Mexico and the New York College of Medicine in Valhalla.
He completed his residency with a focus on Family Medicine at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas.
Dr. Davalos has been awarded the “D Best” Doctors award by D Magazine for eight consecutive years.
He continues to serve as a presenter for the Society of Teachers of Family Medicine on the topic of clinical models and cultural competence.
BETTY REYES-RESTREPO, FNP-BC
Betty Reyes-Restrepo, FNP-BC is a family medicine nurse practitioner in Carrollton, TX. She graduated from El Bosque University in Bogota, Colombia in 1997.
She has expertise in treating chronic kidney disease, diabetes, among other conditions.
She is accepting new patients and telehealth appointments.
